Submit Preliminary Quotation
Measurements and photographs of your home will be taken to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Afer your confirmation, a final quote will be work out. Upon accepting our quote, a deposit of 15% will be collected
Submit construction drawings to client for approval. Discussion on materials, colour consultation. Amend drawings if any changes.
Regular on-site checks by our professional designers and consultants will be carried out while the jobs in progress.
An initial part payment of 40% will be collected
To discuss and fine tune design concepts.
A progressive payment of 40% will be collected
A final invoice will be issued. Upon completion the balance payment of 5% will be made
